A thought leader in the marketing industry and a veteran in the hospitality sector, Tricia offers close to 30 years of knowledge and expertise for both sales and marketing for international and independent hotels. She was part of the pioneer team that opened Discovery Suites in Manila where her role as sales manager, and eventually director of sales and marketing, has contributed in surpassing all revenue and quality service goals of the property.

Not long after, she joined the pioneer team of Enderun Colleges as its marketing director, where she built the Enderun brand from the ground up, and has since catapulted its name to the highly respected institution that it is today. Her comprehensive knowledge and rich experience in both traditional and digital marketing has yielded a rigorous and compelling impact on the company’s marketing performance. Tricia also served as an educator for Enderun’s higher education arm, which contributed to the school’s reputation as one of the leading institutions in Hospitality Management in Manila.

Currently, Tricia sits as Enderun’s Vice President for Marketing. She takes responsibility for the overall performance and results of the marketing strategies while ensuring that such efforts consistently strengthen the company’s positioning in the market and achieve the desired business objectives. Tricia’s rigor and commitment, through her strategic mindset, creative discipline, and understanding of marketing trends and consumer preferences, presently reflects on Enderun as a world-class quality educational institution. Likewise, her highly flexible and adaptive out-of-the-box thinking, with sharp analytical, and problem-solving skills, bolsters the company’s vast growth as well as its other business units.
