Chef Thomas Wenger is the Senior Vice President and Senior Culinary Consultant of Enderun Hotels. With over 36 years of experience in food & beverage management, his global experience includes Executive Chef positions at the Royal Hong Kong Jockey Club, Le Royal and Le Meridien President in Bangkok and the Mandarin Oriental Manila.

In 2008 he joined Enderun Colleges as the Senior Culinary Arts Lecturer. In 2010 Wenger toook over the management for Restaurant 101 and Banqueting, and as such consulting for EHM since it’s first projects in 2012, ultimately taking charge of the EH as it’s Managing Director in August 2016.
